💳 Our system only accepts payments by credit card, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
When adding your credit card, we perform a payment simulation which may appear as a temporary charge (which will be immediately canceled) of €0 or €1 depending on the banking institution. This allows us to verify the authenticity of your credit card.
A pre-authorization of €25 is temporarily blocked on your bank account. This amount will be released within 6 days or after every €6 of rental or every 6 trips.
Once one of these conditions is met, this amount will be unlocked and returned to your bank account. No other pre-authorization will be requested as long as the previous one has not been released.
Depending on your banking institution, this process can take between 10 and 15 days for the amount to reappear.
This pre-authorization applies to all our users, with or without a subscription.
Depending on the banks, the transaction may appear as pending. Once one of the conditions is met, the transaction line will be removed and you will only be charged based on your actual usage.
The minimum amount for collection is set at €0.50.
If this threshold is not reached, billing will remain pending until the minimum amount is reached.
Example: If within 6 days you have not reached €6 of rental and your actual usage amount is less than €0.50, we will wait until you reach this minimum to bill you.
Finally, we use the services of Stripe Inc, a company specialized in securing online payments made by credit card. Payments are made through a secure and PCI-DSS certified payment interface.
