Reduced-rate subscriptions are exclusively available to those under 26, IDELIS / Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region / TER+ subscribers, and recipients of the Complémentaire Santé Solidaire (CSS). Proof of eligibility must be provided when you subscribe in the app. Customer service will validate the subscription within 24 to 48 hours.
