Is the GPS location displayed by your smartphone in the app during your ride inaccurate or incomplete? We suggest you try the following steps to resolve the issue:
➡️ Open the Google Maps app (or similar).
Is the GPS location correct? If so, return to your IDEcycle app to refresh your location.
If not:
➡️ Disable GPS location services in your smartphone's settings, then re-enable them.
If the problem persists, you can restart your smartphone.
For Android users:
Please note that power saving mode can negatively impact the frequency of location updates. You can disable this option to ensure the app functions correctly.
