You are at a station: we first invite you to check that all the previous bikes are connected to each other at the docking station. You can then follow the instructions described in the dedicated article in our FAQ: I can't end my trip. If this still doesn't work, and our customer service is unavailable, you can request to end your trip.
To do this, click on the "❔" icon at the top of your screen, then on "REQUEST TO END MY TRIP". Complete the request form, confirming the following:
➡️ You are unable to complete your trip despite several attempts.
➡️ You have returned the bike to a station.
➡️ You have read and agree to the emergency trip termination conditions listed in this article.
Once the form is completed and a photo of the bike is submitted, we will contact you as soon as possible to process your trip.
💰Please note: Your trip will only be charged after your request has been reviewed by customer service within 24 hours. Customer service reserves the right to apply a penalty if the emergency trip termination conditions are not met. You can find the list of penalties in the Terms and Conditions - Article 8.
