📍IDEcycle is a self-service shared electric bike rental service.
🚴♀️ Starting a ride couldn’t be easier: At the station, scan the QR code on the bike furthest to the left in the row (opposite the docking station) to start your ride, then press the left brake to unlock it. More information -> Start your ride
🏁 To end your ride, dock your bike to the last bike in the station using the magnets located on the handlebars and rear wheel of your bike. More information -> End my ride
🚧 Is the first bike not working? You can report it (if the bike hasn’t been flagged as out of service yet) in the app via “?”. The app will prompt you to park it at a maintenance rack so you can take the next bike. More information -> Bike not working or out of battery
You can rent bikes for a single trip within the authorized zone marked in blue using the IDEcycle app, available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
You can find the bikes at the various stations marked with a circle on the app, located within the Pau Béarn Pyrénées Mobilités service area.
💰A pre-authorization of €25 will be requested at the start of your ride in accordance with our billing policy. More information -> Billing Policy
👤 You can rent only 1 bike per ride per IDEcycle account.
